Elopement Packages and Vow Renewals are offered on weekdays, Monday through Thursday, October through May, for weddings with up to 10 guests, including the wedding couple. Elopement packages and Vow Renewals are subject to availability and may only be reserved within sixty days of the event date for October and May, and ninety days of the event date for November through April.
Intimate Ceremony Celebrations are offered on weekdays, Monday through Thursday, October through May, for weddings with up to 50 guests, including the wedding couple. Intimate Ceremony Celebrations are subject to availability and may only be reserved within sixty days of the event date for October and May, and ninety days of the event date for November through April.
June through September is limited to available week days, Monday through Thursday, and may only be reserved within 30 days of the event.
Elopement and Vow Renewal: The Celebration Place Balcony, Celebration Place Stage, Celebration Place Deck or the outside Devotion Place, for up to two hours of use, 2pm to 4pm, limited to ceremony, photography time and champagne toast.
Intimate Ceremony: The Celebration Place Balcony, Celebration Place Stage, Celebration Place Deck or the outside Devotion Place, for up to two and one half hours of use, 2pm to 4:30pm, limited to ceremony, photography time and champagne toast
Additional inclusions as needed (included in price):
Guest tables, Chairs and Linens as needed for toast.
Use of Bose Single Tower Speaker for ceremony and background music upon request
Champagne or Sparkling Cider and flutes for toast.
Glassware as needed.
China and flatware as needed.
Access to ceremony area and toasting area from 11am to 2pm for decorating
Access to salon as getting ready area from 11am to 2pm, services not included
Access to theater as getting ready area from 11am to 2pm
Honeymoon suite for the night of the event, based on availability.
Bar service is an additional of $125.00 set up/staffing fee plus cost of alcohol. There is a 20% service fee and tax applied to all alcohol. If you elect to have the bar open, you are required to purchase cheese and fruit platters (includes crackers, nuts, pretzels) at a cost of $10.00 per person to ensure there can be a light bite option for guests while enjoying an alcoholic beverage. Other appetizer board options may be available through our onsite catering - please inquire with us for options! Outside catering and food service is not allowed when reserving an elopement, vow renewal or intimate ceremony event. Please arrange for photographer, flowers, cake, and officiant directly with vendors or through wedding planner.
