Your facility fee includes the following:
(Your rehearsal dinner, wedding, and day after gathering)
- All 14 luxury suites in the chateau for three nights
- All 5 mountain cabins for three nights
- Bartending Staff
- Site use for photography session
- Della Terra digital image release for wedding papery
- Walk-through planning session with your vendors, yourself and Della Terra staff
- One hour rehearsal time the week of your wedding
- Morning Assistant to assist during preparation time and serve your alcohol while you are getting ready
- Facility management during the event. Event manager arrives two hours prior to event.
- Full and exclusive use of all event areas for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception during your seven hour event time
- Access to the salon, dressing room and lounge for the wedding party during preparation time, 9am to ceremony - services not
- Access to the theater for the wedding party during preparation time, 10am to ceremony
- Access to photography areas for first look and wedding party pre-event photography and event photography
- One complimentary honeymoon suite (by assignment) for all three nights
- Event restroom service and re-stock during event
- Champagne and Sparkling Cider toast for all guests
- Water, coffee and iced tea stations provided throughout the event
Room set up includes:
- Customized ceremony and reception set up
- Set up of tables, chairs and linens as determined at the walk through
- Decorating time may begin at 10:00 am the day of the wedding (Della Terra does not provide decorating labor or centerpiece items)
- Tables and chairs as needed, to be selected from Della Terra stock
- Base Linens - one linen per table and a napkin for each guest - in 40+ color choices
- Glassware, China & Flatware
- Cake cutting service-ware and Complimentary Cake Cutting Service
Additional Fees and Services:
- All alcohol service is provided through Della Terra. Bar selections are in addition to the venue fee
- Della Terra offers optional in-house catering. Catering selections are in addition to the venue fee.
- Alcohol and bar set up and staffing fee of $250.00 is waived for a 3 day events.
