Cabin Information

Located below Della Terra Mountain Chateau are five mountain cabins. Della Terra would like all of the cabin guests to enjoy a wonderful stay. Della Terra does host weddings and cabin guests may hear music and celebration until 11pm. The following guidelines are being provided to help you prepare for a beautiful, fun Colorado Mountain Getaway.

Free Transportation -

The Town of Estes Park provides free shuttle service each summer to assist residents and visitors in traveling around Estes Park. Shuttles travel from the Estes Park Visitor Center, 500 Big Thompson Avenue, to more than 50 stops throughout Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Shuttles make it convenient for residents and visitors to leave their vehicles at a lodging facility or parking lot and travel around town during the busy summer season.

The Estes Park Free Shuttle runs June 29 - September 9. Della Terra Guests can access the Red Route from the Fall River Visitors Center.

Weather -

Link to weather - Please come prepared for the weather. There is a closet in your cabin. If you are attending a wedding, there is a large coat closet in the Della Terra reception room for your boots, coats, hats, gloves, scarfs and umbrellas.

Late check in -

Our night manager will be available to check you in from 6pm to 10pm. If they are not available, an envelope with all of your information will be waiting for you at the check in desk. Please call the phone number posted on the check in desk if you need any assistance. You may visit the check in desk the next morning to complete your check in process if needed.

Office Hours -

8am to 6pm, our office staff will be available to assist you.

After Hours -

Staff is available on site to assist you if needed 24 hours a day. Please call the emergency phone number on the message you receive when you call the office after hours or call the phone number posted at the check in desk after 6pm.

Parking -

Each cabin has parking adjacent to it.

Breakfast -

There is no breakfast provided in the cabins. Each cabin has a full kitchen. There is a restaurant directly across the street and several others nearby.

Room Service -

There is no room service provided in the cabins. Each cabin has a full kitchen. There is a restaurant directly across the street and several others nearby.

Alcohol Service -

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol to consume in your cabin. We have a Colorado Liquor License that covers only the Chateau, therefore, alcoholic beverages can not be provided to the cabins

Cabin Cleaning -

Cabins do not receive a daily touch up cleaning. You are responsible to keep your cabin clean and remove your trash. Please let us know if you would like a towel exchange or sheet exchange.

Gratuities -

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by your cleaning staff, but are at your discretion. No fees have been added to your room charges for gratuities for your cleaning staff.

Cell phone service -

ATT, T-Mobile, and Verizon receive coverage on the property. All other services do not receive well.

Phones -

There are no phones in the cabins.

Occupancy -

Please note the occupancy of each cabin and the sleeping arrangements in each.

Smoking -

The cabins are non-smoking. Please smoke outside only, 20’ from the building.

Pets -

Pets are not allowed in the Cabins.

Candles -

No real candles are allowed in the cabins, you may bring in flameless candles.

Wedding Photography Rights -

​Guests have NO wedding photography rights without a contract for an elopement or wedding at Della Terra. Guests cannot have gatherings or access to getting ready area or event area without a contract for an elopement or wedding at Della Terra.
